VIRGINIA DMV LICENSED   DEFENSIVE DRIVER IMPROVEMENT TRAFFIC CLINIC The Virginia Beach Safety Council is committed to providing you the highest level of Driver Improvement, Education, and Training program in a comfortable, enjoyable, nonjudgmental environment. Our classes are located at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, Building 19 or 2416 Courthouse Drive on the following Saturdays for a cost of $50.00 cash or money order only, starting at 8am June 2, 16, 30* July 21 August 4, 18 September 8, 22 October 6, 20 November 3, 17 December 1, 15 All classes are designed for The Virginia Traffic School Course is state-approved for point reduction, fine reduction, insurance discounts, voluntary traffic school, DMV-mandated driver improvement, and non-resident ticket dismissal Courses with Certificates issued at the completion of class the same day. These classes are approved and licensed by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to award up to five (5) Safe Driving Points to persons who have successfully completed one of Virginia Driver Improvement Program Clinics and they are never canceled.
