Congratulations on making the decision to join VBEMS!  Our application is now available online.  Below is a guide on how to create an account on our member portal and fill out an application.  If you have any questions or issues, please contact us at (757) 385-1999.

Click here to launch the Member Portal

  1. Visit the member portal using the link above.
  2. If this is your first time using the member portal, click Create Account.

  1. Fill in the form and click Save. Note that fields marked with a red * are required.
  2. Shortly you will receive an email with instructions and your username and password to log into the member portal.
  3. Once you are logged into the Member Portal, click Applications.

  1. Click Apply Now for the VBEMS Membership Application.

  1. Follow the instructions on the forms to complete and submit the application.
  2. In particular, when filling out your address, type in your postal/zip code and click the Lookup button.  This will fill in your city, state, and county by postal/zip code, as you cannot enter those fields directly.
