On behalf of EMS Chief Bruce W. Edwards, I am pleased to announce the impending arrival of one new staff member and promotion of another effective August 7th.
Greg Postlewait has been hired as our Business Application Specialist. His primary role will be to manage our Electronic Medical Records and Personnel Records Management Systems. Greg has over 20 experience working in the technology field. He is also a newly minted EMT with the Princess Anne Courthouse Rescue Squad and an active member of the MCI Truck Team.
Shalonda Niskey will be promoted to Administrative Technician/Assistant to the Deputy Chief. Shalonda will be responsible for senior officer staff support, risk management claims processing, patient care record requests and numerous other administrative functions required behind the scenes. Shalonda has been part of the EMS Administration Staff as our Payroll Clerk since 2013. She has an extensive background as an office professional and holds a Master of Public Administration Degree from University of Phoenix.
