Each rescue squad is being given a new primary “jump” bag for each ambulance. These bags will be standardized throughout the system as part of a continual effort to enhance patient care and make our operations more efficient. With these new bags on each unit (they will be deployed on to the units in the coming days) members will know where supplies are kept in the bag (color-coded) regardless of what ambulance they may be on. This effort would not have been possible without the work and countless hours of service by members from each rescue squad and the Department of EMS and collaborative approval effort by the rescue squads, Rescue Council and the Department of EMS.

Thanks for your continued hard work and stay safe!
