How to verify your information in the new Member Portal

Your Virginia certification data is automatically sent from our records management system, Licensure, directly to Elite.  It is important to that all information in Licensure is accurate and up-to-date to help ensure a smooth go-live with Elite on 10/1.  Please take a moment to fill out a form verifying your information.

  1. Click the following link to visit the Member Portal.

  2. Sign in with your Elite username and password.   Please note this is the same username and password used in the VBEMS Member Portal.  Read this article if you need to access or reset your username or password.

  3. Click on Applications from the left menu.

  4. Click Apply Now on the Member Information Verification application and follow the instructions on the form.

A common question is why do we collect your cell phone text address.  This is used for emergency communications only.  In the event of a large scale event, we will send a text message to your cell phone with instructions.  It is therefore important your cell text address is correct.  Each cell phone has an email address to receive text messages.  The address consists of your phone number (no dashes) followed by the domain name of your cell provider.
